Shipping and Delivery
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we recommend our customers to choose home delivery, as several businesses and access points are closed.
We offer free home delivery on all EU orders above €80. Please note, that the current situation might cause shipping delays.
We deliver all orders with UPS (GLS in Denmark).

For the following countries/regions, we are currently only able to offer home delivery, and in some regions deliveries are slightly delayed:

If the situation changes, we will update the above status and contact you, if there should there be any change to your delivery.

Europe: free delivery on all orders above €80. On European orders below €80 the shipping cost depends on the shipping country and your total purchase amount and can vary from €13.4 - €67.
Countries outside of Europe: On all orders outside of Europe, the shipping cost depends on the shipping country and your total purchase amount and can vary from €25 - €164.
All international orders are shipped with UPS from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on its way.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to countries outside the EC fiscal (VAT) area will not have VAT (DK Tax) charged to them. Also note that, depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Liewood A/S cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Countries where this applies is for example Norway and Switzerland.
Please be aware, that it might take 2-3 business days before your order is shipped from our warehouse. Your order is shipped with UPS.
Liewood A/S is not responsible for any shipping delays. UPS is responsible.
Delay might occur on international shipping, if the package is held at customs. Liewood A/S is not responsible.
PLEASE NOTE: If your package has been delivered to a collection point please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, Liewood A/S will not cover the shipping cost. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.
Cancellation before order shipping
Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel your order, if it has not yet been packet and shipped from our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or phone:
