You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any items to us. Please note that LIEWOOD does not offer free returns.
You’re welcome to choose a local courier, or you can use our return labels in *select markets via our Claimlane portal.

Orders placed before 27 May 2026
If your order was placed before 27 May 2026, please use our previous returns portal.
Orders placed on or after 27 May 2026
If your order was placed on or after 27 May 2026, please use our new returns portal.
You can find your order date in your order confirmation email.
What to expect in Claimlane
- Enter your order number and email to find your order
- Select the item(s) you’re returning and choose a reason per item
- Get return instructions, your tracking link, and contact options if you need help
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
- Pack your items carefully
- Return items in original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Always return to our warehouse in Poland, unless otherwise stated.
- Ship your parcel
- Send it to our warehouse and request proof of postage including a tracking number.
- Choose a business delivery option (not an access point).
- If returned items are not received in original condition, we may make a deduction from your refund.

Looking To Withdraw From A Recent Order?
If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you can submit your request through our withdrawal portal. If your order has already been shipped, the process may continue as a return.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, including delivery costs (which does not apply to any extra delivery costs if you chose a form of delivery other than our cheapest standard option). Refunds are issued within 14 days after your return parcel arrives at our warehouse and are made back to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If an item’s value is reduced (e.g., used beyond what’s necessary to check the type, properties, and function), only part of the purchase price may be refunded. We may hold payment until we receive the item or receive documentation that it has been returned.
Exchange
To exchange an item for another size, style, or colour, please place a new order and return the original items using the process above.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on customercare@liewood.com.
Complaints
If you have received a damaged item, bought on our website, or want to file a complaint, please fill out form here.
If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly.
