Dear Customer,

If you change your mind about an item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, that LIEWOOD does not offer free returns. In such case, you are welcome to choose a local courier. We do recommend to send a package with UPS or GLS.

 

How to return an item in three easy steps

1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.

2. Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please make sure to write your full name and order no. You can download our return form here.

3. Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service. Make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point). We recommend GLS or UPS.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on webshop@liewood.com.
