Returns & Refunds

EXTENDED RETURNS

To make the joy of gifting and returning a tad smoother, all orders placed from November 17th can be returned until January 31st, 2026.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any items to us.

Please note, that LIEWOOD does not offer free returns. You are welcome to choose a local courier. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM IN THREE EASY STEPS
  1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package. Make sure to always return to our warehouse in Poland, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please make sure to write your full name and order no. If you don't have a return form, please download it here.
  3. Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service. Make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point). 

If you want to return a product outside the EU, please register your return here and provide us with the tracking number of your return parcel and the items you are wishing to return. If we do not receive this information, your return parcel may be refused at customs.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer). The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or colour, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange, applying the same procedure as stated above in "How to Return".

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on customercare@liewood.com.

If you have received a damaged item, bought on our website, or want to file a complaint, please fill out form here.

If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly.
