LW18764 HOLLIE Hardcase Suitcase  

At LIEWOOD, the well-being of our customers and their families is our utmost concern. As part of our commitment to product safety and quality, we are issuing a recall for the Hollie Hardcase Suitcase in the following color ways:

1032 – Sea Creature / Sandy

1232 – Peach / Sea Shell

1439 – Leopard / Sandy

2168 – Dinosaurs / Mist

During recent quality control testing, LIEWOOD detected the presence of certain phthalates in a component of the Hollie Hardcase Suitcase. Although children do not come into direct contact with the affected part under normal use and this product is not classified as a toy, the product does not meet required legal standards and requirements.  

What You Need to Do:  

• Please stop using the Hollie Hardcase Suitcase immediately.  

• If you purchased the product on our website, please take a photo of the item and complete the claim form using Claimlane here. This will help us process your claim quickly and efficiently.  

• If you purchased the product from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly. 

• Dispose of the suitcase in accordance with your local environmental waste disposal regulations.  

 Once your claim is received and approved, you will receive a full refund of the price of the product and any associated shipping costs.

LIEWOOD recalls MANNI Fabric Book, style no LW15077, colour 1200 classic / creme de la creme mix.

At LIEWOOD, we prioritize the safety of all our products. It has come to our attention that there is a potential safety issue with our MANNI Fabric Book.
We identified that the stitching of some of the fabric books may not be strong enough, and therefore there can appear small holes in the pages where there is a risk that the plastic content of the page can be pulled out and potentially cause a choking hazard.

Children are at the heart of everything we do at LIEWOOD, and their safety is non-negotiable. We are committed to taking action when it comes to any potential risks to their well-being.

Therefore, we ask all customers who have purchased the MANNI Fabric Book to discontinue its use and discard it in accordance with local environmental waste disposal regulations or return the item to the store where the purchase has been made.

LIEWOOD recalls all SELENA Fork 6-pack, RYAN Cutlery set 9-pack and ERIN Spoon 6-Pack.

At LIEWOOD, safety is our top priority, and we always strive to provide the highest quality products for your little ones. However, it has come to our attention that there is a potential safety issue with our SELENA Fork 6-pack, RYAN Cutlery set 9-pack and ERIN Spoon 6-Pack.

The biodegradable material used in these items has been found to be prone to breakage, posing a potential choking hazard for children.

Children are at the heart of everything we do at LIEWOOD, and their safety is non-negotiable. We believe in taking swift action when it comes to any potential risks to their well-being.

Therefore, we urge all customers who have purchased these products to discontinue use immediately and discard them in accordance with local environmental waste disposal regulations or return the items to the store where the purchase has been made.

08.02.2024 - Important Safety Warning

By the Finnish authorities LIEWOOD has been imposed to recall all WILLOW PACIFIER STRAP.

In the Safety Gate Alerts number A12/02535/23 the Finnish authorities find that the pacifier strap has breakable silicone parts which can oppose a serious choking risk, should a child put it into the mouth.

We wish to assure you that both we and the manufacturer of our products have high standards which is why we regularly and thoroughly check our production.

Please discard the product in accordance with the local environmental regulations for waste disposal or return it to point of sales. If you choose to return the product to LIEWOOD, we will reimburse you.
